    I canNOT believe I have never left a review!!! We have been loving princess cakes, pastries, coffee, and lunch for 25+ YEARS. The princess cake is the best one we've ever had, (sometimes someone will go off book and get it from elsewhere and people turn up their noses!!) everyone in my family wants one for their birthday but one is gluten free so we ordered the flourless chocolate cake and a dozen macaroons. DELICIOUS!!!! Many thanks to Marcela and crew, it was a special order and I gave them less than 24 hours to do it, GORGEOUS, and so tasty, so light, not just a dense layer of chocolate like most of them but a light as a feather mousse covered with the most delectable ganache.

    I stopped in several times during my stay in Sonoma. It helped that I was five minutes away. My fave are the raisin snails. Big enough for two. The whipped cream eclair was just okay. I wanted some coffee mid-afternoon and the self-service carafes were less than hot. I shoulda known.

    I recently celebrated my birthday with a cake from Scandia Bakery in Sonoma, and it was a delightful experience! My wife surprised me with their red velvet with chocolate cake, and it was absolutely scrumptious. The cake was moist, the frosting was decadent, and every bite was pure bliss.     Thank you so much to Marcela and team for doing an absolutely beautiful job on this bachelorette cake. I ordered a champagne cake layered with custard and strawberry jam filling, and it was delicious. Everyone loved it! She was so kind to work with and captured my vision perfectly. I highly recommend this bakery.
